Research Experiences for CSU Students

About the Program

Working with the Open Quantum Initiative to expand access to quantum information science, HQAN offers research experiences for current or recently graduated undergraduate students from Chicago State University (CSU).

By participating, students will:

  • work with faculty at top education and research universities in the Midwest.
  • gain valuable experience within a real quantum science research lab.
  • connect with university and industry partners from HQAN and Chicago Quantum Exchange.

Program Details

Who can participate?
Current undergraduate students from Chicago State University. Those that have graduated in the past two years may also apply.

When will the program take place?
10 weeks over Summer 2022 (June 10 —August 19)

What will participants do?
Engage in a mentored research experience, participate in cohort meetings, and present their work to the HQAN and CQE community

Where will the program take place?
In person at the designated institution
